		<description>1. Right click Desktop... Click NEW, Click SHORTCUT
2. When dialog box opens select Browse
Click the + sign next to your C drive (I am assuming that is your windows drive)
3. Click + sign by Document and Settings find the folder of the USER that you log into windows with... such as current user, all users, etc. but the one where your Favorites are (you might have to trial and error to find right user)
4.Highlight Favorites then click OK
